Comprehensive instructions and a full equipment check up

New to owning a pool? Don't know where to start?

Get in touch with us and we'll book a time to go through the basics of owning and maintaining a pool. We will also check the condition of all your pool equipment and let you know if there is anything that needs attention.

Option 2. Mini Induction

Basic instructions with regular service sign up

If you don't really want to know all the ins and outs of pool maintenance and prefer to just do the basics, then sign up for a regular service and we'll instruct you on the basics that you need to know to keep things running between between visits.

Email Report

Trying to learn everything there is to know about your pool can be a bit overwhelming, especially if it all comes at once. For that reason we can also send you a customised email report covering the maintenance of your pool, equipment condition and a breakdown of the maintenance into daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
